Best Brownie Recipe

Everyone's been there. You get home from school, maybe you've had a bad day, and all you want is some chocolate. These are my favourite brownies, because they taste great and satisfy everyone's chocolate craving.

Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
pinch of vanilla powder (or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
3 eggs, room temperature

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 metal baking pan and add a layer of parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

3. In another bowl, beat together oil, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs one at a time.

4. Combine dry and wet ingredients.

5. Pour evenly into pan. Bake 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool and enjoy.
